    • Rather than cut pay of high administrators, school systems begin this whole "get rid of failing teachers" thing...
    • Teachers rarely get away with performing poorly if their leadership demands otherwise. Failing schools in PG are due to failing leadership. 
    • Citizens are disengaged from the political activities affecting them because 1 out of 3 people are either trying to be famous...
    •  ...or preoccupied with trying to avoid being homeless... 
    • Engagement will have to center around helping people meet needs of safety & security and membership & belonging
