I'm sure that the special interests who stand to benefit from increased spending by the state government will continue rewarding their benefactors.
Unfortunately, most of us who have to live within our incomes, and can't steal from others, will have a harder time making ends meet because legislators like Sen. Currie have decided to pick our pockets.
Any spare funds I might have had available for small contributions to elected officials are likely to be consumed by their new taxes.
If anything is left for campaign contributions, I'll certainly give it to whoever runs against the incumbents in the next election.
