Hornsby jury selection to start next week;Former schools CEO faces federal charges for allegedly taking kickbacks.

Jury selection for the federal trial of former Prince George’s County schools CEO André J. Hornsby is expected to begin Tuesday morning at U.S. District Court in Greenbelt.

Hornsby was indicted by a federal grand jury in August 2006 for allegedly arranging to receive more than $100,000 in kickbacks while serving as school CEO.
