Chelley Reco Thorne, 34,of the 2400 block of Darel Drive in District Heights was arrested about 7:00 pm, December 20, 2005, in the 1200 block of Canal Street, SE, Washington, DC, for the December 9, 2005, murder of Jose Richard Escoto, 23. (Police, 21 Dec 2005, not online, unofficial copy)
