Six out of 10 murders go unsolved

"Citing manpower and equipment shortages, Prince George’s police struggle to solve cases." So reports Robert Arkell in the November 24 Journal.

Comment: During the administration of County Executive Jack B. Johnson, not only have murders been going up, now we find that fewer cases are being solved and staffing levels are headed down. Public safety is obviously not one of Johnson's strong points.
