Wynn speaks with forked tongue--again

In his June 29, 2004, e-mail newsletter, Rep. Albert Wynn (D-4) complains bitterly about the fiscal irresponsiblity of the pay-as-you go features of the plan, supported by the President, to control federal spending.

But in the same newsletter, and the preceding one, Wynn brags about voting for millions of dollars in wasteful spending on pork and unnecessary studies aimed at solving local, not national or federal problems.

Wynn's actions and words demonstrate why we need more controls to stop big spenders like him.
