Media ignores appointment of K. Alex Wallace to Board of Education

K. Alexander Wallace was sworn in as a newly appointed member of the Prince George's County Board of education, representing District 7, on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 (County executive's press release).

Mr. Wallace (Facebook, Twitter), apparently a one-time aide to "to dumb to be a crook Sen. Ulysses Currie," was appointed by County Executive Rushern Baker to replace Lyn Mundey, who has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges related to school lunch fraud (WJLA).

Ms. Mundey was appointed by County Executive Baker after her alleged misuse of  her Board of Education credit card and prior criminal record became public (Post).

As of very late Thursday, November 12, a search of Google News and several MSM (mainstream media) websites fails to reveal any MSM coverage of Mr. Wallace's appointment.

Why?
