Del. Kris Valderrama (D-26) supports drunk driver for Congress

Drunk drivers maim and kill people.  Maryland House Majority Leader Kumar P. Barve pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.  He is running for Congress.  Delegate Kris Valderrama (D-26) has endorsed him.  Why?  Does she support drunk driving?  kris.valderrama@house.state.md.us
