Legislators planning to sneak school board changes through in special session?

According to an item posted by MarylandReporter.com today, legislators "will introduce at least three bills affecting school board elections in Howard, Montgomery and Prince George's counties."

I looked at the Prince George's Delegation's website, but it is very much out of date, with no information about the special session, and no information about recent meetings or hearings (despite it's false claim of being "the most up-to-date information on local legislation for Prince George's County."

What are these people up to?  Why are they trying to keep it secret?
