    • Comment: District 24 is an abomination, snaking around for miles but only a couple of precincts wide, with goofy fingers sticking into areas that were formerly, and really belong in, other districts. People at one end of the district have no idea what or who is at the other end, and it is all but impossible to drive from one end of the district to the other without leaving the district and driving through another district or DC.
