    • KhadijahOnline Great question RT“@pgcpsparents: If additional funding is granted to PGCPS what will it be spent on, where will the money go?”
    • WillWonka17 @pgcpsparents : the money will be spent on high admin salaries and promotions in HR & IT. This I know as a employee @ the board of Ed.
    • WillWonka17 @pgcpsparents : the salaries are not justifiable as we do not have a certified or experienced compensation supervisor or staff that truly know compensation/HR. Again, this is fact that any parent of a student @ PGCPS should request info/background on Kathy Malloy's employees in HR Ops who is the director of compensation and benefits. http://tl.gd/8hg8l0
    • WillWonka17 @pgcpsparents : top heavy yes especially for those making $151k, as directors who have been there 30 + yrs. Also, we should question why they are eliminating positions, yet giving upgrades to quite a few emps in HR...all which of are Caucasian. http://tl.gd/8hgbkl
    • WillWonka17 @pgcpsparents someone should really ask Kathy Malloy who oversees the compensation Dept, who hired her friend out of the budget office who has no HR or compensation exps, as to why the salaries seem extremely high. http://tl.gd/8hgfb5
