Jack Johnson cannot submit a spending request to County Council in time to go to referendum and cannot bother to comment when the Gazette reports on it? Such aloofness is typical of this administration and disserves Prince George's County. I hope parties such as Mr. Emory do not continue to lump the Council in with Mr. Johnson. This doesn't reflect well on the County, but that's squarely Mr. Johnson's fault.
