Prince George's Co. Officer Charged with Sexually Assaulting Teen.

LANDOVER, Md. - Prince George's County Police say one of their own officers has been arrested and charged with the sexual assault of a teenage girl.PG County police officer faces sex abuse charges.
Sources tell FOX 5 that Officer Donald Brunson was arrested on sexual assault charges on Thursday night. Brunson is a three-year veteran patrol officer with the department, and has worked in law enforcement for a total of 18 years. During that time, sources say he has been with at least two other agencies in the D.C. area.
Sources also say that the victim in the case was a 15-year-old girl who came forward with the allegations and evidence of sexual assault. According to court documents, the incident happened in July at the officer's Upper Marlboro home.
FOX 5's Wisdom Martin says Brunson was in court on Friday, and a judge reduced his bond from $250,000 to $75,000.
"I do think the Prince George's County Police Department did a good job of putting this case together and we look forward to going to court with it," said Prince George's County states attorney Glenn Ivey.
The investigation is till ongoing and details are still emerging in the case.
