PG Taxers: Currie, Peters vote to raise taxes in senate committee meeting

Senate Budget and Taxation Committee chair, Ulysses Currie (D-25) and member Douglas J. J. Peters (D-23) voted yesterday (6 Nov 2007) to approve most of Gov. O'Malley's proposed tax increases as well as his plan to hold a referendum on slot machines.
