Announcement of Prince George's County School Board Vacancy
UPPER MARLBORO, MD – After meeting to discuss the current vacancy on the Prince George's County School Board, Prince George's County Executive Jack Johnson and County Council Chair Camille Exum feel it is critical to appoint and confirm a replacement member of the board before the County Council begins its August recess.
"The people of Prince George's County need a full complement on the School Board. This process will ensure that we conduct an exhaustive search to appoint a quality representative to this critical board," Johnson said. Individuals interested in serving on the Board of Education should submit a letter of interest, along with a resume/CV by mail to:
