Would-be petty tyrant Del. James W. Hubbard (D-23A), apparent supporter of government force and opponent of education and individual responsibility has introduced HB91, a bill to dictate what food consumers may or may not purchase.

Delegate goes after trans fats; Hubbard introduces a bill to ban most of them in restaurant cooking.
