The Maryland's state school board has ordered revisions to the annual master plan submitted by the Prince George's County schools.
State Schools Superintendent Nancy Grasmick says Prince George's officials need to explain declining graduation rates and teacher shortages in their special education program and explain developments in curriculum and teacher training.

The deadline for the revisions is Jan. 6.
