of the 2100 block of Hannon Street.
Found shot in the 2100 block of Guilford Road (20783), about 7:30 pm, October 11, 2005. This was the third murder of the year in that block (see Carrera and Pena), and the fifth within a quarter mile of the intersection of Riggs Road and University Boulevard (also Rivera and Gonzalez).
Franklin Osmin Sanchez, 20, of the 500 block of Green Lawn Drive, was arrested on October 13, 2005, and charged with first degree murder.
