UPPER MARLBORO, Md. -- One of the suspects in what's become known as the Slurpee killing case received a 15-year prison sentence Friday.

A Prince George's County judge suspended an additional 15 years for White on a second-degree felony murder charge. A third young suspect is still awaiting trial.

Commentary: A couple of questions come to mind:

1. Since White has been convicted and sentenced, why would the media refer to him as just a "suspect"?

2. What is the name of the pro-criminal judge who suspended half the sentence. Why is the media covering up for him?
