My brother has been dead for almost 5 years now and STILL nothing. Today is his daughters 9th birthday. We need closure to this useless act. PLEASE help our family find closure. Find the person who shot my brother to DEATH in front of his home and make him pay for his evilness. This killer took away a FATHER, son, brother, grandson, nephew, uncle, cousin and friend. Please SOMEONE help our family.
