Gory Prince George's: Officer murdered in Laurel

Shot in the 11700 block of South Laurel Drive, Laurel (20708), about 11:00 am, June 21, 2005.

Robert Billett was arrested and charged with first degree murder. On October 27, 2005, State's Attorney Ivey announced that he would seek the death penalty. [Update]
