Unidentified woman,black female, approximately 35-50 years old, 5’8”, 140-150 lbs. with the tip of her right index finger slightly cut off.
Found on the side of the road along the outbound Capital Beltway just prior to Exit 24 (College Park/Greenbelt Metro Station) about 1:45 pm, May 31, 2005.
