Gory Prince George's: Warrant issued for Upper Marlboro Murder

An arrest warrant's been issued for the man suspected of shooting and killing a woman Tuesday on a highway ramp in Prince George's County.

The warrant charges James Pierce with first-degree murder. Police say Pierce was the boyfriend of the victim, and that he is armed and dangerous.
