Journal: Revenue Authority violates Open Meetings Act

The Journal has accused the Prince George's County Revenue Authority of violating the Maryland Open Meetings Act (4 Nov 2004, p. 1), and has filed a complaint with the Maryland Attorney General’s Open Meetings Compliance Board (5 Nov 2004, p. 3).
