In Pr. George's, Police Must Put Many on Hold

Jamie Stockwell reports in the July 3 Post on chronic understaffing in the Prince George's County police department.

Unfortunately, Stockwell does not bother to even mention County Executive Jack Johnson.

Johnson's hostility toward the police department is well known, but ignored by Stockwell.

Police staffing continues at low levels and PG County murders continue to rise on Johnson's watch. What is he going to do about it? Don't expect to find out from the Post. They don't seem to have any real interest in documenting Johnson's failures or holding him accountable for his lack of results.
