We are on scene of a shooting in the 5400 block of Livingston Terrace. Officers arrived on scene at 2:40 pm.
Officers found the victim, male, who was suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital in stable condition.
Circumstances leading up to the shooting remain under investigation. Detectives are on scene now trying to establish a motive in this case.
