Maryland has a fiscal crisis with a huge deficit looming. But
Sen. David Harrington (D-47) wants to spend even more of the money we don't have on non-essential, non-state government frills. This is the same Sen. Harrington who has been investigated for using county credit cards for his own personal expenses while a member of the county council.
