With the huge federal deficit huge rapidly growing, Mikulski constantly brags about making it worse

The federal deficit is huge, growing by leaps and bounds, and Sen. Barbara Mikulski, who complained in the past about George W. Bush's deficits, constantly brags about how she has arranged to spend and increase the deficit even more. The following is just for October 2009.
